Its mission is to help IT departments transform the way they service and support business end-users. The software solution provides enterprise-wide, real-time analytics covering all endpoints, users, applications and network connections. To further expand the organization in Germany we are looking for the Engagement/Customer Success Manager (m/f) – ITSM Your Responsibilities: Engagement Manager (40%) Support the sales manager and the organization in selling to new logos by proposing the right implementation and operationalization plan Support the partners in their own approach and Adoption Plans Qualify and understand customer wants and needs, understand the pain points and the current processes, prioritize the actions, manage the communication with the customers Provide an estimate of consulting and training to the prospect/customer in alignment with the sales process (licenses driven) Forecast the booking (sales revenue) in terms of services (consulting and training) in order to anticipate the hiring plan Customer Success Manager (30%) On a list of selected and named accounts (Strategic for e.g.), validate how well our current solutions satisfy customer needs and identify potential gaps and improvement actions plan Contribute to a global and consistent dashboard showing the global Customer Success score Senior IT Solutions consultants/Project Mgr (30%) Deliver billable or non-billable days as Senior It Solutions consultant or Project Manager Act as a Trusted Advisor, drive plans for changing/ improving customer processes Build, propose, contribute, document and share Best Practices and Offerings at an EMEA or even WW level Your Qualifications: Strong experience in IT, especially ITSM, ITIL Minimum 7 years of work experience Ability to understand and change Business processes by talking to CxO Good understanding of the partner ecosystem Fluency in English and in German is a must Strong team spirit International mindset Strong customer Focus Willingness to Travel (20%) Our Offer: Market leader Attractive salary and benefits package Interested ?
